Notice to Bidders

Farmersville Unified invites qualified contractors, suppliers, and service providers to participate in District facility & construction projects. The District utilizes the Quality Bidders / Colbi Construction Bidding System to manage projects notifications, distribute bid documents, and allow contractors to submit quotes electronically in compliance with California public contracting regulations. 

How to register for Bid notifications:  

  • Visit the Quality Bidder contractor registration portal
  • Create a contractor profile for your company
  • Select trade classifications (electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, etc.)
  • Upload required documentation such as contractor license & insurance
  • Receive automatic notifications when District projects become available
