    The purpose of the DELAC is to advise the district on programs and services for English learners.  The DELAC should consist of parents, staff, and community members designated to advise district officials.  The overall goal of the DELAC is to improve our English learners’ acquisition of fluency in English and help our students achieve academic success.  We look forward to meeting with you.

    Stakeholders being teachers, principals, administrators, other school personnel, local bargaining units, parents, and pupils.
